As a graphic design manager for a large multi-disciplinary engineering and design firm, my primary focus has been on collaborating with the creative manager and leading the Marketing team in the visual identity development of our major corporate rebrand. During this rebrand, my primary focus has been on the design development, management, and education of the brand identity guidelines, including: iconography, info graphics, key design elements, color palette usage, photography, print collateral, social media, digital brochures, and library asset management. In addition to working closely with the director of marketing and business development, I have closely collaborated with the proposal graphic design managers as a brand ambassador and in developing newly branded proposal templates.

As a lead designer on several multi-million/billion dollar strategic proposals and interview presentations, my design efforts concentrated within the transportation and aviation business line of the firm. Served as lead designer on numerous multi-million and billion-dollar strategic pursuits across transportation, community development, water, environmental, oil & gas, and landscape architecture sectors. Managed and photographed over 55 corporate and infrastructure projects, including subway tunnel construction, water/wastewater facilities, architecture, hospitals, and medical research labs. Also directed and photographed branded employee studio shoots as part of the regional photography program.
