What does CSV normalization mean?
CSV normalisation standardises inconsistent data into a consistent structure. This may include date formats, number formats, text formatting, delimiters and field values.
What file formats do you support?
CSV files with comma or semicolon delimiters, UTF-8 and UTF-8 BOM encoded files, and Excel exports (XLSX).
What files are not supported?
Files with binary corruption, macros, formulas, nested tables or ambiguous date formats that cannot be reliably validated.
Can you fix files that won't open correctly in Excel?
Yes. Delimiters, encoding problems or formatting inconsistencies cause many issues.
Do you remove duplicates?
Yes. Exact duplicate detection and removal are included in all packages. I have another gig specialising in "partial/near/fuzzy" duplicates.
What is schema validation?
Schema validation checks whether the data structure matches expected columns, formats and rules.
Why are Items Cleaned lower than my row count?
The "Items Cleaned" field shown by Fiverr is a category-specific platform setting & does not represent CSV rows. Actual service limits are defined in each package description based on the number of CSV files & rows processed. Please refer to the package descriptions for the included file/row limits
Can you process multiple CSV files?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages support multiple files.
Do you provide the Python script?
No. Deliverables include cleaned and validated output files, reports and requested exports.
What if my files exceed package limits?
