Developed independent medical writing projects focused on molecular diagnostics and neuroscience communication. Produce long-form educational articles, white papers, and expert-level explainers in molecular biology, diagnostics, and neuroscience. Translate complex biomedical data into clear materials for clinicians, investors, and patient audiences. Ensured alignment of content with current clinical guidelines and diagnostic best practices. Create scientific slide decks and visual summaries supporting product positioning and medical education.

As a Medical Specialist, I was responsible for developing and designing marketing materials from concept to completion, ensuring clear and effective communication for both doctors and patients. My role combined medical writing, content creation and graphic design, with a focus on making complex medical information accessible. Merged biomedical knowledge with design expertise to improve scientific communication for diagnostic products. Designed 20+ brochures, leaflets, and digital visuals explaining PCR kits and molecular assays for both clinicians and patients. Improved clarity and usability of materials, leading to higher adoption rates and fewer product-related inquiries. Produced UX-driven layouts and infographics, enhancing comprehension among non-specialist users. Created branded visuals and presentations for Eurogen and other medical expos, increasing both traffic and engagement. Collaborated across R&D, marketing, and education teams to align scientific accuracy with marketing clarity. Impact: Boosted comprehension of molecular product lines and strengthened brand recognition through cohesive scientific storytelling.

Investigated molecular mechanisms of brain aging by analyzing gene expression and behaviour in mice at different life stages. The goal was to identify correlations between biochemical alterations and cognitive decline markers. Key contributions: Designed and executed experiments measuring expression of functional genes involved in neurogenesis, plasticity, and apoptosis. Applied RT-PCR and spectrophotometric assays to quantify mRNA and metabolite levels in cortical, hippocampal and cerebellum tissue. Conducted statistical analysis of gene expression data to identify age-related regulatory patterns. Collaborated with colleagues to interpret molecular findings in the context of behavioral and neuropsychological models of aging. Prepared visual data summaries and presented findings at student research conferences and internal seminars. Drafted a written thesis that received the university’s top evaluation grade (GPA 4.0 equivalent). Impact The project reinforced my understanding of neurochemical mechanisms underlying cognitive decline and sharpened my ability to design experiments, interpret biological data, and communicate complex findings clearly. This experience laid the foundation for my current interest in cognitive neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and science communication.
