What software do I need to open the model?
Excel — a reasonably current version (365, 2019, or later). No special plugins required.
Can you build a model for a startup with no historical data yet?
Yes, on every package. I'll build the projections from your assumptions, market research, or comparable-business benchmarks you provide.
Is this suitable for raising investment or applying for a business loan?
The Executive Financial Model and Executive 3-Statement Model are built to a standard investors and lenders expect — clearly stated assumptions, fully linked statements. The Starter Budget Model is best for internal planning only.
Can you work from my existing numbers, or do I need to start from scratch?
Either. Send what you already have, even if it’s messy, and I'll organize it into the model — or start from your assumptions if you’re building from zero.
Will the model update automatically if I change an assumption?
Yes. Every package is fully formula-driven, so changing one input — a growth rate, a cost assumption — flows through the entire model.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it over in a message request before you share any sensitive data and I'll sign it.
What if my project doesn't fit any of the listed packages?
Message me before ordering with a short summary of your business and goals, and I'll send a tailored custom offer.
How many revisions do I get?
2 on Starter Budget Model, 3 on Executive Financial Model, and 5 on the Executive 3-Statement Model. Extra rounds can always be added.
Can you include a sensitivity or scenario analysis?
Yes — included on the Executive 3-Statement Model, and available as an add-on on the other two packages.
Do I need to know Excel formulas myself to use this?
No. The model comes with notes explaining each assumption, and the top package includes a walkthrough call so you're comfortable using and updating it yourself.
