I appreciate the hard work on this long project, however the details and formatting weren’t up to my expectations. I also feel like the design was not on par with the inspo I provided. Overall, my experience was good, just didn’t love the result, and had to tweak a lot of it myself.

Laiba created four PDFs for me and did a brilliant job with the design! She was also great at listening and incorporating feedback. The only thing was the communication was a bit slower than I’m used to, but she delivered above and beyond.
