Founded a software studio building custom websites and SaaS tools for financial consultants in Singapore. I handle the full product lifecycle: talking to users, designing, building, deploying and supporting. Key achievements: • Launched a custom website platform for financial consultants with lead capture, a built-in CRM, vCard downloads, newsletters and an analytics dashboard. Onboarded 20+ paying clients within the first month of launch. • Built a desktop SaaS tool for insurance advisors with fund comparison, automated portfolio reports, a client database and a retirement planner, designed to work across multiple insurers. • Developed an AI customer support chatbot using Claude, RAG and a pgvector database, integrated into a Django backend. • Implemented secure authentication with passkeys (WebAuthn) and subscription billing with Stripe. • Scoped and delivered client proposals with tiered pricing, including a build fee plus monthly retainer. • Built web scraping and automation pipelines with Playwright.
