What information do I need to provide?
Describe your indicator or strategy logic — entry/exit conditions, which indicators you use, timeframe, and asset. A rough description is fine. I'll ask follow-up questions if I need clarification before starting.
Do you work with Pine Script v4 or v5?
I write exclusively in Pine Script v5, the current standard. If you have an existing v4 script you want updated or extended, I can handle that too — just attach it when you place the order.
Can you recreate an indicator from another platform?
Yes. I convert indicators from MT4/MT5 (MQL4/MQL5), ThinkScript, and custom Excel/Python logic into Pine Script. Share the original code or a detailed description and I'll assess feasibility before you order.
Will the strategy backtest accurately in TradingView?
Yes, with caveats. TradingView backtests assume ideal fill at bar close and don't model slippage or commissions precisely. I'll configure the strategy settings correctly and flag any assumptions that affect results.
What if the script doesn't work as expected after delivery?
One revision is included in every package. If the delivered script doesn't match what we agreed, I'll fix it. For issues outside the original scope, I'll send a custom offer for the additional work.
