During my role, I was responsible for identifying manual, repetitive tasks within business operations and converting them into automated workflows. I regularly built and maintained automation pipelines using Zapier and Make, connecting different apps and platforms like CRMs, Google Sheets, email systems, and messaging tools so data could flow automatically between them without manual input. I developed AI-powered chatbots from scratch — starting with understanding client requirements, mapping out conversation flows, training the bot on relevant business data, and integrating it with platforms like websites, WhatsApp, or Messenger. I also integrated ChatGPT and other GPT-based APIs into these chatbots so they could handle more natural, human-like conversations and answer customer queries accurately. Part of my daily work involved debugging and testing automation workflows to make sure they ran smoothly without errors, monitoring their performance, and making adjustments whenever business requirements changed. I also worked closely with clients/teams to understand their existing processes, then designed automation solutions that fit into their workflow instead of disrupting it. Additionally, I handled tasks like setting up automated lead generation systems, connecting CRM tools for automatic data updates, creating automated email/notification sequences, and building simple dashboards to track automation performance. I also spent time researching and testing new AI tools and automation platforms to keep my skill set updated and offer clients the most efficient, modern solutions available. Overall, my job revolved around solving real operational problems through smart automation and AI integration — making sure businesses could save time, reduce errors, and focus more on growth instead of repetitive manual tasks.
