Veelgestelde vragen
Do I need to give you my Mailchimp login?
Yes, or add me as a collaborator inside your Mailchimp account. That's the safest option since you control my access and can remove it anytime. If you'd rather send login details, use a password manager like LastPass instead of pasting them in chat.
Do you write the email content?
No, this gig covers design and setup. Send me your copy and I'll build the campaign around it. If you need copywriting too, message me before ordering.
What if I don't have brand colors or a logo yet?
I can still design something clean and professional, just let me know in the order requirements so I can ask a few quick questions first.
Can I request changes to the delivered emails?
Yes, each package includes revisions (2 on Basic, 3 on Standard and Premium). Additional revisions are available as an extra.
Will the emails work on mobile?
Yes, every design is mobile responsive.
Do you offer email automation or sequences?
The Premium package includes 5 campaigns, which works well for a welcome series or launch sequence. If you need advanced automation logic, message me first to confirm scope.
Can I edit the design myself after delivery?
Yes, you'll get the editable Canva file along with the finished campaign.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 2 days for Basic, 4 for Standard, 6 for Premium. Rush delivery is available as an extra.
