Received virtual confirmation of tickets. Was very communicative and responsive. After having failing to get Ghibli Museum tickets for 1.5 hours from the museum website with a team of 5 friends, this was a breeze in comparison.

Communication with Leandro was simple and my request for Ghibli museum was fulfilled promptly and courteously. My reservation is 1 month out and I am to pick up my tickets at my hotel. I will try to update my review after!
