I build n8n automation workflows with API and AI(AI agent) integrations.
Basic: Up to 2 APIs integration, 2 Platforms/tools integration, testing and handoff
Standard: adds one-way data syncing, conditional routing and one AI automation task with one tool call, with up to 4 APIs integration, 4 Platforms/tools integration, testing and handoff.
Premium: scales to 6 APIs and 6 Platforms/tools with AI automation with up to 3 tool calls, testing and handoff.
Every tier includes testing with your sample data.
You receive a working workflow in your n8n instance, an export file, test results and setup notes. I have 20 years of programming experience in server-side work and front-end development. I recently completed n8n Academy training and earned a course completion certificate.
Packages cover one event type and one workflow. You provide n8n and test access, plus your own model account for AI. Third-party fees, including test calls, are paid through your accounts. Custom API development, RAG, chat bot, n8n server/instance setup and ongoing support need a custom offer.

Will my systems work with this Gig?
The source must send a webhook and each destination needs a documented, accessible API. The buyer supplies an existing n8n instance and test access.
Can you set up n8n for me?
Yes. These packages assume you already have a working n8n instance. I can quote n8n Cloud setup or self-hosted deployment separately after reviewing your hosting, domain, and backup needs. You pay hosting and third-party fees through your own accounts; ongoing maintenance is quoted separately.
How do the three packages differ?
Basic covers up to 2 connected APIs and 2 Platforms/tools; Standard 4 and 4; Premium 6 and 6. Basic excludes data syncing, conditional logic, and AI. Standard/Premium include data syncing, conditional logic, and one AI task.
Who pays for the LLM and other services?
You pay for n8n, hosting, SaaS, destination APIs, and model usage through your accounts, including calls made during agreed tests. ChatGPT subscriptions do not include API billing.
What is included in the AI model integration?
Standard and Premium include a simple AI agent within your n8n workflow, with basic memory. Standard includes one tool call; Premium includes up to three tool calls. You provide examples and access to your model account. Chatbots and RAG systems require a custom offer.
What do you deliver?
A tested workflow in your existing n8n instance when access is provided, sanitized JSON, setup notes, and results for the agreed sample cases.
What counts as a revision?
A correction against the agreed inputs, outputs, and package scope. New triggers, destinations, categories, or business rules need a custom offer. The listed 2/3/5 revisions apply while the order is open, through delivery review, before completion.
Do you provide ongoing support?
The package includes the listed revisions, not ongoing monitoring or future changes to third-party APIs. Ask for a separate support offer if you need continued coverage.
What do you need before ordering?
Your source event and sample payload, expected result, API docs, working test access, and n8n instance. Standard/Premium also need example AI input/output and your model account.
Do I need to provide accounts and API credentials?
Yes. You need your own platform accounts and API access. I can guide you through API key setup and authorization. Don't send passwords in chat. You are responsible for all platform subscriptions, API usage, and hosting fees.
