In addition, we are committed to maintaining the safety and integrity of our platform through

moderation practices. These practices, both automated and manual, are clearly outlined for our

About the Digital Services Act

The Digital Services Act ("DSA") is a European Union regulation that applies to online

intermediary services and online platforms, including online marketplaces, social networks, and

content-sharing platforms. Its objective is to create a safer and more transparent online

environment while protecting the fundamental rights of users.

The DSA establishes obligations for online platforms designed to:


  1. Protect users from illegal content and unlawful activities.
  2. Increase transparency regarding platform policies and content moderation practices.
  3. Provide accessible mechanisms for reporting illegal content and appealing certain platform decisions.
  4. Strengthen accountability in how online platforms operate.

Fiverr’s DSA Statement

Pursuant to Article 24(2) of the DSA, online platforms are required to publish information on

their “average monthly active recipients of the service” in the European Union (“EU”), calculated

as an average over the period of the past six months.


Fiverr has calculated its average monthly active recipients of the service in the European Union

for the period between January 2026 - July 2026, in accordance with the methodology set out in

the DSA.


Based on this calculation, Fiverr's average monthly active recipients of the service in the

European Union falls well below the 45 million users threshold.


We will continue to monitor this metric and publish updated information as required.
