For Sofa : Loading test, Impact drop test, Stability Throughout my career, I have been responsible for sourcing, product development, quality assurance, supplier management, and production oversight for both indoor and outdoor furniture products. I have worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines while maintaining competitive costs. One of my key achievements was reducing customer claim rates from 20% to 4% by implementing effective quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, I successfully developed cost-effective sourcing strategies that improved product quality while increasing company profitability.
