I have built and audited process documentation for EV traction packs, hybrid packs and aviation Li-ion packs over 16 years, working in IATF 16949 and AS9100 environments.

Do you deliver Excel or PDF?
Both. You get an editable Excel file and a PDF. If you have a company template, send it and I will deliver in your format.
Do you follow AIAG-VDA?
Yes, AIAG-VDA FMEA Handbook structure, with Action Priority instead of RPN if your customer requires it. Tell me which structure you must submit.
Can you cover laser welding, dispensing and leak test?
Yes. I have launched and audited those processes on EV and aviation battery pack lines, so the failure modes and detection methods are realistic.
My line has more than 12 steps. What then?
