Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes, especially for Standard and Premium projects. Send the symptoms, screenshots, errors, and expected outcome so I can confirm the appropriate package.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is a reproducible problem with one defined expected outcome. Multiple unrelated errors count as separate issues, even if they appear on the same page.
Can you work with both Lovable Cloud and Supabase?
Yes. I will first confirm which backend your project uses because the configuration, access, payments, authentication, and migration options differ.
Can you fix Supabase authentication and RLS problems?
Yes. I can investigate login flows, user roles, database access, redirect configuration, and RLS policies within the agreed scope.
Can you repair Stripe payments?
Yes. I can troubleshoot checkout, subscriptions, webhooks, Edge Functions, redirect states, and payment-related database records. Testing is performed in Stripe Test Mode before live use.
Can you build a completely new Lovable app?
Yes, but new application development is outside these packages. Contact me with the requirements for a custom offer and milestone plan.
What access will you need?
Depending on the issue, I may need temporary collaborator access to Lovable, GitHub, Supabase, Stripe, n8n, your hosting provider, or another connected service.
How should credentials and secret keys be shared?
Never paste passwords or secret keys into Fiverr chat. Use collaborator invitations, temporary access, or the platform’s secure secret-management interface. Access can be revoked after delivery.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover corrections needed to meet the original agreed scope. New features, integrations, design changes, or unrelated issues require an extra or custom offer.
What happens if the problem is larger than expected?
I will explain what was discovered before expanding the work. No additional scope will be completed without your approval through a Fiverr extra or custom offer.
