PriceLabs is a tool — it only does what it's told. Most accounts I review are still running close to default settings, which is why occupancy stalls even when the software is "on." I'm looking at whether the rules actually match your market, not just whether PriceLabs is connected.
How do I know my occupancy is actually a pricing problem and not something else (photos, reviews, etc.)?
Good question — that's exactly what the Basic diagnosis tier is for. If I look at your comp set and pacing and pricing isn't the main issue, I'll tell you that honestly instead of implementing a fix you don't need.
What if I order Basic and then want the fix — do I have to start over?
