Over mij
I’m a life coach who helps people break free from the patterns keeping them stuck. Having overcome significant adversity early in life, I developed a deep understanding of resilience, human behavior, and lasting personal transformation. That experience inspired years of study in human behavior, mindset, and personal development. My coaching combines empathy with honest insight to help you gain clarity, overcome self-sabotage, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
