What is the difference between a VPAT and an ACR?
A VPAT is the blank template. Once it's filled in with your product's actual conformance details, the completed document is called an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR). People use the two terms interchangeably; what you're actually ordering is the ACR.
Which VPAT edition do I need?
It depends on who's asking. US federal buyers usually want the Revised Section 508 Edition. EU buyers or multinational vendors often need EN 301 549. If you're not sure, tell me who requested it and I'll confirm the right edition before you order.
Do I need an existing accessibility audit first?
No. Basic assumes you already have findings (from your own team or a prior audit). Standard and Premium include the manual evaluation your ACR is based on, so you can order without anything in hand.
Will this report make my product look 100% compliant even if it isn't?
No, and you don't want that. An honest ACR that says 'Partially Supports' with a clear remark is far more useful, and far safer, than one that claims full conformance it can't back up. I document what's actually true.
What products can you create a VPAT for?
Websites, web applications, SaaS products, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and most commercial software. Tell me your product type when you order so I can confirm scope.
How many pages or screens does the audit cover?
Standard covers up to 10 pages or core user flows; Premium covers up to 25. Larger products are handled with the additional pages/screens extra or a custom quote.
Can you help with RFP or procurement language specifically?
Yes, as the procurement review extra. I'll check your finished ACR against the actual accessibility language in your RFP or vendor questionnaire so you're not guessing at what the reviewer wants to see.
How fast can you deliver?
