Head of Growth
4admin • Fulltime
Jun 2025 - Present • 1 yr 5 mos
Hi, I’m Natalia 👋🏻 Head of Growth at 4Admin, where we’re on a mission to turn admin chaos (think LoAs, not lattes) into a seamless, AI-powered experience for all the UK financial advice firms. With experience of over a decade in high-growth SaaS and customer-first sales, I’ve joined 4Admin to scale something rare: a startup that actually listens to its customers, respects the humans behind the workflows and builds real tools to make admin suck less. Sounds great, right? 😊 My role blends Customer Success, Expansion, Product Feedback and Strategy - all geared toward one single thing: making sure our clients thrive, stay and shout about it. Outside of work, I’m a storyteller at heart, a mom of two and a big believer in blending empathy with efficiency - both in tech and in life. 😊 Want to talk about improving adviser ops, LoA nightmares or building a human-first AI experience? Let’s connect! 💬

Answered every question with reasons, and was willing to tell me to delete a list rather than pad it — which is what I was actually paying for. One of the points went well beyond Romanian and fixed something in every language I ship. Honest, careful judgement. Recommended.

I have worked with many marketing agencies and freelancers over the years, so I didn’t have particularly high expectations when hiring someone through Fiverr. Natalia exceeded them completely. She is extremely professional, highly competent, and clearly understands both the strategic and practical...
