I will build whatsapp ai agent for orders, order tracking and customer support
Rukiiz
Over deze dienst
Your customers already order on WhatsApp. A WhatsApp AI agent can take the order, check stock, confirm payment and answer "where is my order" at 2 am. I build custom WhatsApp AI chatbots and agents on the official WhatsApp Business API, so no grey tools and no ban risk.
What you get
- Order taking in natural language, in your customer's language
- Live order status and tracking replies
- Product catalog, FAQs and instant quotes
- Leads and customer data saved to Google Sheets, CRM, ERP or your database
- Payment links (Stripe, Razorpay, PayHere) with receipt confirmation
- Human handoff when the agent is unsure
- Owner dashboard with orders, chats and takeover (Standard and Premium)
Stack: Azure OpenAI, GPT or Claude, Python, WhatsApp Cloud API, n8n where it fits. You get full source code, deployment on your cloud, and a walkthrough video.
Good fit for any online shops, restaurants, printing shops, pharmacies, clinics, real estate, distribution businesses, and service businesses.
I am a data scientist who ships production WhatsApp agents for enterprise clients. Message me with what your business sells, and I will send you a free conversation flow map before you order.

Veelgestelde vragen
Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. I set it up for you through Meta Business Manager or a provider like 360dialog or Twilio. You need a phone number that is not currently on WhatsApp. Unofficial tools get numbers banned, so I do not use them.
Can the agent really take orders, not just answer FAQs?
Yes. It collects items, quantity, address and payment, checks your stock source, writes the order to your sheet, CRM or database, and can send a payment link. Customers can later ask for their order status and get a live answer.
Which systems can you connect?
Google Sheets, Airtable, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage, Supabase, PostgreSQL or any REST API. Tell me what you use and I will confirm before you order.
What languages does the agent speak?
Any language the LLM supports, including English, Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Arabic and Spanish. It can switch language based on how the customer writes.
What happens when the agent does not know the answer?
It hands the chat to a human. You get a notification on WhatsApp, email or your dashboard, and the agent stays quiet on that thread until you close it.
What are the monthly running costs?
Meta charges per conversation, and LLM usage is pay as you go. A small business typically spends 10 to 40 USD per month. Hosting is free tier or a few dollars. I explain the exact numbers for your volume before we start.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, in every package. You also get a short video walkthrough and written deployment notes so your own team can maintain it.
Can you add Instagram, Messenger or a website chat later?
Yes. The same agent can be connected to Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and a website widget as a gig extra.
