I am a PhD engineer and have worked as an expert evaluator, rapporteur and project monitor for the European Commission since 2018. I review Horizon Europe and other EU funding proposals from an evaluators perspective, while also understanding the scientific and technical reasoning behind them.

My review may cover the proposals fit with the call, objectives, methodology, implementation, impact, exploitation, dissemination, sustainability and risks. I look for inconsistencies, unsupported claims, weak connections between sections and anything that could raise questions during evaluation.
