My work focuses on carefully analyzing suspension notices, identifying the true root cause of the issue, and developing structured Plans of Action (POA) that clearly outline corrective and preventive measures. A well-written appeal is not just about responding to Amazon; it is about presenting the case in a way that aligns with Amazon’s compliance standards and expectations. I have assisted sellers dealing with a wide range of issues, including inauthentic product complaints, intellectual property claims, related account suspensions, listing policy violations, and account health performance concerns. Each case is approached with detailed analysis because every suspension situation is unique and requires a tailored strategy. Through working with sellers across different product categories and marketplaces, I have gained valuable insight into the challenges businesses face when their accounts are restricted or deactivated. My goal is always to provide clear, professional, and well-structured appeals that help sellers communicate effectively with Amazon and move their cases toward reinstatement. I believe in a practical and transparent approach: identifying the problem, correcting the issue, and demonstrating to Amazon that the necessary steps have been taken to ensure long-term compliance.
