- Executed functional and visual QA on Shopify and WordPress ecommerce sites, validating product listings, content accuracy, and UI consistency across breakpoints before launch. - Reviewed implementations against Figma specs, ensuring design fidelity for typography, color, spacing, and responsive behavior across all devices. - Used Chrome DevTools for element inspection, console error detection, and responsive validation; documented and tracked all bugs via GitHub issue tracking through to resolution. - Conducted competitive analysis and digital benchmarking for two international clients, creating competitive positioning maps in Figma to inform UX and content decisions. Performed technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog to verify metadata, URL structures, and -on-page compliance prior to deployment. - Managed and QA'd ecommerce content on Shopify and WordPress: product uploads, imagery, copy, collection configuration, and theme settings. - Maintained QA checklists, process documentation, and project traceability across multiple simultaneous projects using Notion.
