What do you need from me to start?
We need a clear brief outlining your project goals, target audience, and key message. A script is very helpful, but if you don't have one, we can help develop it as part of a custom offer. Your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts) are also essential.
Do all packages receive the same production quality?
Yes. Creative direction, visual standards, editing and sound quality are consistent across all packages. The main difference is final duration and the corresponding number of scenes: approximately 4 to 6, 8 to 12 or 16 to 22 scenes.
Can you create commercials for services, apps or SaaS?
Yes. We turn the main problem, benefit and result into a clear advertising story. Exact interface screens or device shots require supplied assets and may need the App UI Integration extra or a custom scope.
Can you keep my product and branding accurate?
Yes, when you provide approved logos, packaging and high-resolution product references. AI has limits with exact text, labels and geometry, so precision may require post-production compositing or a custom scope confirmed before production.
What is included, and what counts as a revision?
Packages include the stated duration, AI production, editing, music and sound. A revision is one consolidated feedback round on the approved concept and existing edit. New concepts, scripts, scenes or directions require a custom quote.
What commercial usage rights are included?
Commercial use of the delivered video is included, subject to Fiverr's terms and any licenses applying to music, fonts, stock or other third-party assets. Exclusivity, broadcast or special usage requirements must be agreed before production.
Do you provide scriptwriting and voice-over?
Yes. We can develop the commercial script and arrange professional voice-over as extras. Please specify language, accent, tone and any mandatory wording before production.
Can you deliver vertical, square or additional cutdowns?
Yes. The package includes one approved aspect ratio. Vertical, square, alternate formats and additional cutdowns are available as extras or through a custom offer.
