How many stations are included per package?
The price per package corresponds to one (1) station. Contact me to determine how many stations are required for your design, and at the time of ordering you choose the extra number of stations we agree on.
What is your experience with roll forming?
I have worked for 25+ years for one of the largest companies in the manufacture of pipes and structural profiles for the oil industry (UNICON - ArcelorMittal group), and I have also worked for several projects of manufacturing roll forming machines in Colombia, USA and India.
How can we be sure that your design will calculate the correct profiling?
For a correct design, it is very important to supply: *Dimension drawing of the profile to be manufactured with all its measures and the type of material to be used. *Distance between each one of the stations. *Stations are horiz or vert axis? *Transm on both axles? *Specify Transmission ratio
How will you keep our Idea or Product Confidential?
All information we receive from buyers is treated confidential, and I can also sign a NDA if required.
Can a Non-Disclosure Agreement be signed?
A NDA can definitely be signed if you would like the work done to not be available to others.
