How will the training or consulting session be conducted?
All sessions are conducted live via video conference (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Fiverr's integrated video tool). Once you place the order, we will use the integrated scheduler to pick a date and time that perfectly fits your schedule, regardless of your time zone.
Can I invite my operational team or employees to the session?
Absolutely! The Standard and Premium packages are fully designed for team training. You can bring your operators, supervisors, or managers to the live masterclass so everyone aligns with the same Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Does this only apply to traditional manufacturing plants?
