Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please message me first so we can discuss your idea, preferred style and video length. This helps me check what’s possible and recommend the right package.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please share your idea or script, the purpose of the video, desired length and aspect ratio. Reference videos or images are helpful. For product or brand videos, please also send any product images, logos and text you want included.
Can you help if I only have a rough idea?
Yes. You don’t need a finished script to start a conversation. Tell me what you want to show or communicate, and share any references you like. We can discuss a suitable direction before you order.
What types of videos and aspect ratios can you create?
I can create product ads, promotional videos, cinematic scenes, short films and AI UGC-style content. Videos can be made in landscape (16:9), portrait (9:16) or square (1:1). Please confirm your preferred format before we start.
Do your packages include music, sound effects and voiceover?
The Standard and Premium packages include background music, sound effects and AI-generated voiceover. The Basic package includes animation and smooth transitions. If you need voiceover, please confirm the script, language and preferred voice style with me before production.
What is included in the revisions?
Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions to refine the agreed video. Please send your feedback together for each round. A new concept, a major script change or extra scenes beyond the agreed scope may require an additional fee, which we’ll discuss before proceeding.
