What do you need from me before starting?
Please provide your current Excel or CSV files, KPI definitions, reporting audience and cadence, logo and brand colours, currency and date conventions, and ideally an example of your current board pack. Anonymised sample data is acceptable.
Is this a completely new system built from scratch?
No. I customise the proven PMO Command Center ELITE framework to your organisation. This provides a faster, safer and more consistent result than rebuilding the entire reporting logic from zero.
What files will I receive?
You will receive a tested Demo edition using client-like sample data, a clean Blank production workbook, a change log and practical usage notes. The editable 16-slide SteerCo deck is customised according to the package purchased.
Does the Excel system use macros or VBA?
No. The workbooks use the standard .xlsx format and contain no VBA macros. They are designed for modern desktop Microsoft Excel.
Can you connect the dashboard to Jira, an ERP, Power BI or an API?
Live integrations, Power BI development and VBA automation are not included in the standard packages. They can only be assessed and quoted separately after reviewing the technical requirements.
Can this replace my project management or PPM tool?
No. It is an executive control and decision layer, not a replacement for a full PPM platform. It is especially useful when source data is fragmented or management reporting is inconsistent.
How many projects can the workbook manage?
The standard system is prepared for up to 100 portfolio rows. It can be extended, but formulas, validations, dashboards and chart ranges must be reviewed and may require a separate quotation.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
The intended platform is modern desktop Microsoft Excel. Google Sheets may alter formulas, charts, validation rules and formatting, so full compatibility is not guaranteed.
What is considered a revision?
A revision covers adjustments within the agreed scope, such as labels, thresholds, field mapping, branding or wording. New modules, integrations, major structural changes, VBA or Power BI work are outside the revision scope.
