I had an odd project I was struggling to get two mesh bodies (one scan and an add-on piece) to be combined and smooth. I messaged them with some questions and they were quick to respond. It has been over a month and I just had enough and cancelled the whole thing. He didn’t even have the decency to respond when I send an update request. 0/10 would not recommend!
