Should I contact you before ordering?
For a small and clearly identified issue, you can order the Basic package directly. For complex, unknown or multiple issues, please message me first so I can confirm the scope.
What counts as one bug?
One bug means one clearly defined technical issue or root cause. Multiple error messages caused by the same underlying problem may still count as one issue, while separate problems may require a larger package.
Can you fix Next.js and Vercel deployment errors?
Yes. I can troubleshoot Next.js build failures, environment configuration, deployment problems and other Vercel-related application issues when they fall within the selected package scope.
Can you work on an existing codebase?
Yes. This Gig is specifically designed for existing websites and web applications.
Can you add new features?
Small changes related directly to a bug may be included. New functionality or larger feature development should be handled through a custom offer or my custom web development Gig.
Will you need access to my source code?
Usually, yes. Depending on the issue, I may need the project files or repository and relevant environment/deployment information. Please never send sensitive production credentials unless they are actually required.
What if you discover that the problem is larger than expected?
I will explain what I find and clearly identify any work that falls outside the purchased scope before additional work is performed.
