Worked in a team of three developers, including myself, adding features to existing applications, debugging and resolving errors, and creating new modules/applications. Transitioned from a backend developer to a fullstack developer during this time. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: 1) Phone Call Integration App - Added new functionality to existing modules, along with integration of new features, for example, 2) Screen Monitoring using SignalR, App crash failsafes, optimized existing code, and performed bugfixes. 3) Dashboard Development - Worked alongside developers in creating multiple Dashboards for Incentive Management, Appointment Dashboard, and Employee Scheduler. 4) Vendor Mapping Tool Modernization - Existing tool for mapping vendors for rescue operations was made in .NET MVC. Successfully converted the tool to Angular. 5) Document Storage Shift - Played a key role in transferring all existing documents stored on on-premises SharePoint cloud storage to Amazon S3, while keeping the existing structure and metadata consistent. 6) Dynamics CRM Migration - Assisted in the dynamics crm platform migration from v8 to v9.1. The main task was to convert web resources to work with the new version, as most old procedures are no longer effective. 7) Screen monitoring application - Assisted in the development of a screen monitoring feature for a desktop application. The initial approach was to use the framework provided by Windows, but later transitioned to a SignalR-based approach.

.Net backend developer
BellMedEx • Fulltime
Oct 2019 - Mar 2023 • 3 yrs 5 mos
Worked as a .NET backend software engineer. Worked under multiple Managers during pre- and post-production. Worked on Practice Management Software, EDI Clearing house Gateway, and several other small-scale projects. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: 1) Practice Management Software - Developed a module to handle data import using Excel and JSON files as input and ingest the data into the system. Integrated Hangfire to schedule EDI file submission and retrieval, along with other miscellaneous tasks. Also worked on updating existing modules, implementing bug fixes, and developing new features. 2) Clearing House Gateway - Set up a clearing house gateway project from scratch. Oversaw a team of three junior developers, after the initial setup, for moving all operations related to parsing, processing, submission, and monitoring claims. 3) Cloud storage - Integrated AWS S3 initially as cloud storage, but later transitioned to Wasabi cloud storage for cost effectiveness. Assisted in moving all files stored on the application server storage to Cloud storage. 4) Client support - Worked with QA and Business analysts to provide support services using SQL. Also, provided the requested reports after fetching from the database directly. Created scripts for processing large amounts of COVID claims directly without relying on the data import module, as it took a long time to work due to preprocessing and framework limitations. 5) Framework Update - Updated the existing backend from .NET Core 2.1 to .NET Core 3, and then to .NET 5. Also assisted in transitioning from .NET 5 to .NET 8.
