Web Development Team Member | Obafemi Awolowo University E-Portal Worked as part of the technical team involved in the revamp and rebuild of Obafemi Awolowo University's student and management e-portal, collaborating with the lead expert responsible for the project's technical direction and implementation. The project involved transforming the existing portal into a more modern, structured and functional digital platform for students and university management. The rebuilt platform incorporates an improved interface, streamlined workflows and a range of features designed to support academic and administrative activities within the university. As part of the team, I contributed to the development and implementation process while working within a collaborative technical environment. This experience exposed me to the planning, development, testing, refinement and deployment considerations involved in working on a large institutional web platform with multiple users, requirements and interconnected functions. The project strengthened my practical experience in web development, interface structure, user experience, functionality, troubleshooting and collaborative project delivery. It also gave me experience working on a platform where reliability, usability and clear information flow are particularly important because of the number and variety of users it serves. Working on a university-wide digital platform has further strengthened my approach to website and web application projects: understanding the users, structuring information clearly, solving practical problems and building digital experiences that are not only visually presentable but functional and purposeful.
