1. Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes, especially if your website requires login, a database, payment integration, an admin panel, or custom functionality. Please send your requirements first so I can confirm the correct package, price, and delivery time.
2. What do I need to provide?
Please provide your website text, logo, images, preferred colors, page requirements, and examples of websites you like. For existing systems, I may also need access to your hosting, domain, repository, or third-party services.
3. Is domain and hosting included?
Hosting setup is included where stated in the package, but domain names, hosting subscriptions, paid services, premium templates, and third-party fees must be purchased by the client.
4. Can you create login and registration?
Yes. I can create basic registration, login, logout, password reset, protected pages, and user dashboards using services such as Supabase or Firebase. Advanced user roles or complex account systems may require a custom offer.
5. Will the website work on mobile devices?
Yes. All packages include responsive development for desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
6. Can I request changes after delivery?
Each package includes a limited number of revisions. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed design and functionality. New pages, features, or major changes outside the original requirements may require an additional charge.
7. Do you provide website content and images?
The client should normally provide the final text, logo, and images. I can upload and arrange the supplied content. Stock images, branding, copywriting, or custom design work are not included unless agreed separately.
8. Do you build e-commerce websites?
Not as part of the standard packages. Simple payment integration may be possible through a custom offer, but full online stores, product management, shipping systems, and complex checkout flows require separate evaluation.
