How do you get your designs done?
We start with consultations, brainstorming, little product and competitor research, making first draft, revisions - if necessary, provision of 3d realistic images, print ready and source files.
How fast can you get the first draft done?
As soon as we receive your purchase, we'll get started and give you expected time for the first draft
What happen if I don't like your design?
We will make sure we give you more design options and revisions until satisfaction.
Do you offer Logo, packaging, label, insert cards together?
Yes, please feel free to chat us up and we'll make it possible! We do offer amazon listing images and a+ contents too
What is source file?
They are editable files: You can edit images, texts, colors, adding, removing or moving them anyhow you want.
Are you open to custom offer?
Yes, We can give you discount if we handle series of your designs
Do you offer editing after order completion?
Premium buyers have a chance to free editing after, up to 2 weeks after order completion. Please note: Changing of product image and names attract extra charges.
Are my files, images and information safe with you?
We do respect this alot, this is the reason we dont have much designs in our portfolios and gigs. We keep our clients designs confidential. Please let us know if you dont want us to disclose or showcase your design on our gig/portfolios

Yes, we understand and we offer all design services; amazon image listing, a+ contents, 3d mockups, can label, supplement labels, pouch for different products.
