I worked for one year as a Network Support Intern at Paktia University, Faculty of Computer Science. During this period, I gained practical experience in computer networking, network setup, and troubleshooting. My responsibilities included assisting with network installation, configuring basic network devices such as routers and switches, and supporting the maintenance of the university’s local area network (LAN). I also worked with IP addressing, basic VLAN configuration, and network connectivity troubleshooting. Additionally, I supported the setup of Wi-Fi access points and helped monitor network performance to ensure stable connectivity for students and staff. Through this experience, I developed strong foundational knowledge in networking, network security concepts, and IT support. This hands-on experience helped me improve my practical skills in network design, network configuration, and problem solving in real network environments.
