What kind of content do you need from me?
I require the final course content, script, or storyboard in a clear, editable format (e.g., Word document, Google Doc, PowerPoint). Please ensure all text, instructions, and media placeholders are finalized.
Do you provide content creation or instructional design services?
My primary service is eLearning development based on your provided content. While I can offer minor instructional design suggestions for interaction ideas, I do not typically create the raw content or script from scratch. Please ensure your content is ready before ordering.
What will be the final deliverable?
The final deliverable will be a web-ready HTML5 package or a SCORM/xAPI compliant package (SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI/Tin Can API, depending on your LMS requirements). This package is ready for upload to your Learning Management System (LMS) or web server.
Do you provide the Articulate Storyline 360 source file (.story)?
The source file is not included in the standard packages. It can be purchased as an extra Gig add-on. Please select this option if you need the editable .story file for future edits.
Can you integrate voice-over, video, or custom graphics?
Yes! I can integrate voice-over, video, and custom graphics (provided by you) into the course. For custom graphic design needs beyond basic integration, please select the relevant Gig extra or contact me for a custom quote.
What if I need more revisions than included in the package?
\Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds. If you require additional revisions beyond that, they can be purchased as a Gig extra. Please provide all feedback comprehensively during each revision round.
Can you help me upload the course to my LMS?
My service includes providing the ready-to-upload course package. While I can offer basic guidance if needed, direct LMS upload and troubleshooting are typically outside the scope of this Gig. Please ensure you or your IT team can handle the LMS integration.
What is the typical turnaround time?
The delivery time varies based on the package selected and the complexity of your content. Please refer to the specific package details for estimated delivery times. For urgent projects, a "Fast Delivery" extra might be available.
Do you work with languages other than English?
I can develop courses in any language, provided you supply the final content/script in that language. I do not provide translation services.
