As a product owner I worked with different teams from Germany, KSA, Pakistan and Egypt, hence I have strong communication skills.

I have successfully worked on tools to serve marketing agencies to get more exposure on the search engines and customize banners/content elements showing reviews on their website. Also worked on a hybrid application that is partly social media and partly ecommerce.

What I do:

•      Prepare BRD, user stories, wireframes
•      Prepare UML diagrams to make it easier to plan sprints
•      Collaborate with UI/UX team to complete the BA phase
•      Groom and prioritize the backlog
•      Business Analysis and preparing use cases, edge cases and corner cases
•      Lead development teams, track development lifecycle and manage timeline
•      Documentation and keeping everything up to date
