The freelancer was polite and professional in correspondence but I wanted abrasions and cuts smoothed out or removed. The cuts and abrasions were still clearly visible in my photos once I received them. I went to Canva, uploaded the same photos, and smoothed my skin tone out more and used another free online tool to remove a scar myself.
