I design and deploy end-to-end automation using n8n, Make, Zapier, and GoHighLevel, creating scalable, reliable workflows that capture, qualify, nurture, and convert leads automatically. My work focuses on removing manual effort from sales, marketing, and operations while improving speed, accuracy, and consistency across the entire customer journey. I build intelligent automation systems that connect websites, landing pages, CRMs, messaging platforms, calendars, and payment tools into a single, unified flow. These systems ensure every inbound lead is responded to instantly, followed up persistently, and guided toward booking or purchase without human intervention. On the backend, I develop secure, high-performance APIs and services using Python and FastAPI. I design clean architectures that support real-time data processing, webhook-based integrations, and scalable deployment. This allows businesses to handle high lead volumes without downtime or performance issues. I also develop and integrate AI voice agents and conversational systems for calls, SMS, and chat. These agents can answer questions, qualify prospects, book appointments, update CRM records, and trigger automated follow-ups. Voice and messaging agents operate 24/7, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Using GoHighLevel, I build complete CRM automation, including pipelines, lead scoring, appointment scheduling, reminders, missed-call text back, and multi-step follow-up campaigns. With n8n, Make, and Zapier, I orchestrate complex logic across multiple tools while keeping workflows maintainable and easy to scale. Goal is to deliver production-ready automation that increases conversions, reduces operational costs, and gives teams full visibility and control. Every system is documented, tested, and optimized for long-term growth and reliability. I work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, map processes, and translate them into efficient automated systems that deliver measurable results.
