Full-stack engineer on a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform. Backend in Node.js with FastAPI services, frontend in Next.js and React with Tailwind. Integrated the WhatsApp Business Cloud API for bulk official messaging and a multi-agent shared inbox, plus an OpenAI-powered chatbot and rule-based reply automation.
