Response Civil Pty Ltd • Fulltime

Sep 2024 - Present • 2 yrs 1 mo

Estimator at Response Civil, a civil contracting company in Neerabup, Western Australia (2 years). I prepare complete tender estimates for civil and construction works, from quantity take-offs through to priced cost breakdowns and final submissions. I’ve helped the company win public tenders in WA, including works for the Public Transport Authority (PTA). My take-offs cover earthworks, concrete, lumber/timber framing, walls, flooring, finishes and fixtures, priced using current supplier rates, labour productivity and plant costs.
