Notifications not showing on Android or iOS, or need push notifications from scratch? I set up Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or OneSignal in your React Native or Expo app so notifications work when the app is open, in the background and closed.
What is included:
FCM or OneSignal integration
Android notification channels and iOS APNs setup
Permission flow (Android 13+ and iOS)
Device token saved to your backend or Firestore
Tap-to-open: navigate to the right screen
Foreground, background and quit-state handling
Testing on real devices
Premium: I also build the server-side trigger with Firebase Cloud Functions, so notifications send automatically (new order, new message, reminder).

Do you support iOS push notifications?
Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages. iOS push needs an Apple Developer account and an APNs key. I will guide you through creating it.
Can you fix notifications that work in foreground but not when the app is closed?
Yes. This is a common problem with message type, background handlers, and device battery settings. I debug and fix it.
FCM or OneSignal, which should I choose?
FCM is free and fits well with Firebase projects. OneSignal has an easier dashboard for marketing messages. Message me and I will suggest the better fit for your app.
Can notifications open a specific screen?
Yes. Tap-to-open navigation is included in Standard and Premium.
