Duplicates, inconsistent dates or missing values blocking your next report or import? I clean your CSV data using agreed rules and give you a Python script you can rerun on matching files.
You receive cleaned CSVs, an exceptions list, a before/after quality report and simple run instructions. Uncertain records are flagged for review; missing facts are never invented. Original files stay unchanged.
Basic: 1 CSV, 5,000 rows, 3 rules. Standard: 3 matching CSVs, 25,000 rows total, 6 rules. Premium: 5 matching CSVs, 100,000 rows total, 10 rules. All files: up to 30 columns; total size limits 10/50/100 MB.
Rules may cover exact duplicates, dates, whitespace, required fields and allowed values. Please message me with 10-20 redacted sample rows and your desired result before ordering.
Need a smaller cleanup? Ask for a custom quote. Platform-specific imports, manual enrichment, OCR, hosting and ongoing processing are outside these packages. German or English handover.

Will you fill in missing facts or guess ambiguous values?
No. I apply the agreed rules and list uncertain records for your review. Missing factual data is not invented.
Can I rerun this on future files?
Yes, on files with the same agreed structure and rules. You receive the source and instructions. New formats or changed rules are separate work.
What are the file limits?
Files must share the agreed structure, with at most 30 columns. Total input limits are 10 MB for Basic, 50 MB for Standard and 100 MB for Premium, alongside the package row and file limits.
Is this a one-time service?
Yes. This is a fixed-price delivery of cleaned CSVs, a reusable Python script and a quality report. Ongoing processing, hosting, maintenance and subscriptions are not included. You can rerun the delivered script yourself on matching files.
What does a revision cover?
A revision is one consolidated round within the agreed scope. New inputs, features or requirements need a separate quote. Corrections needed to meet the original specification are not sold as extras.
How do you handle confidential data?
Please send a redacted sample first and only share data you are permitted to provide. Confidential files are not sent to external processing services without your agreement. Never send production passwords or API secrets.
Can we communicate in German?
Yes. Communication and the handover can be in German or English. Please choose your preferred language in the requirements. All order communication stays on Fiverr.
Can I request a smaller cleanup?
Yes. Message me with a redacted sample and the result you need. A smaller cleanup can be quoted separately with its own row limit, rules, price and delivery time. Standard package limits remain unchanged.
