I provide emotional support for moms who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, like their carrying everything. I offer a compassionate, comforting space where moms can unload their thoughts, emotions, worries, and daily pressures without feeling dismissed or misunderstood.
You don't have to hold it all in anymore....I am here for you and to listen.
In your session, you can:

Is this therapy or counseling?
No, this is not. I provide a safe, supportive space to talk and feel heard without judgment.
Can I just vent?
Yes, absolutely. This is a judgement free space where you can share what is on your mind freely. You can vent, cry, express yourself and talk openly about how you feel, and what you're going through.
How do sessions work?
Sessions are conducted through Fiverr Messages, or call, whichever makes you feel most comfortable.
Will I give advice?
I focus on listening, and emotional support rather then professional advice. This is about helping you feel better.
How do calls work?
Once a time is scheduled, I will initiate the call through Fiverr at that time. I'll introduce myself, and then you are welcome to share whatever is on your mind. This is a safe, supportive space for you to talk and be heard, and feel relieved.
What happens when the session time is over?
As we approach the end of your session, I will gently let you know. We will begin wrapping up. If you feel you need more time, I can send a Fiverr extension offer, or you can book another session.
Can I extend my session if I want more time?
Yes. If you would like more time, you can let me know and I will help you extend the session through Fiverr or help you book additional time depending on availability.
