What services are included under the BASIC package?
The Basic package includes preparation and filing of your UK VAT return for one quarter, based on records you provide in Xero, QuickBooks, or spreadsheet format. Includes review for accuracy and HMRC-compliant submission.
What services are included under the STANDARD package?
The Standard package includes everything in Basic, plus bookkeeping cleanup for the quarter (categorizing transactions, reconciling bank feeds) before the VAT return is prepared and filed.
What services are included under the PREMIUM package?
The Premium package includes everything in Standard, plus ongoing monthly bookkeeping support and priority turnaround, so your VAT return each quarter is ready with minimal input needed from you.
How does it work?
After you place an order, I'll send a short questionnaire and a secure way to share your accounting access or records. I review your data, prepare the return, and share it with you for approval before filing with HMRC.
What kind of software do you use and recommend?
I work with Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Wave. If you don't currently use accounting software, I'm happy to recommend one based on your business size and needs.
Will you update my overdue accounts?
Yes. If your bookkeeping is behind, I can catch up your accounts before preparing your return — just let me know how far behind and I'll confirm timing and pricing in advance.
