One of the projects I worked on helped fix front-desk congestion by building a self-service entrance kiosk. Instead of lining up to ask basic questions, visitors can quickly check opening hours, view location details, or scan QR codes to jump straight to booking and activity pages on their phones. It gets guests what they need in seconds and keeps front-desk staff from answering the same questions over and over.
