Each plan is customized to your individual goals and fitness level, helping you achieve optimal results.
How many training sessions should I do per week?
You get to choose how many days a week you want to train. Your personalized plan will be adjusted accordingly. Keep in mind that our Basic Package for beginners is designed around 3 workouts per week, while the Advanced Package allows for up to 4.
