Veelgestelde vragen
Do I need to have my own Google Play or Apple Developer Account?
• Yes, ideally. Google and Apple require apps to be published under the owner's official developer account to comply with policy guidelines. If you don't have one set up yet, choose my Premium package, and I will assist you through the entire account creation and configuration process.
Does this gig include fixing coding bugs or modifying my app features?
No. This service is strictly focused on the store listing configuration, console technical setups, asset uploads, and publishing processes. Your app must be fully functional and ready for deployment before ordering.
What happens if my app gets rejected by Google or Apple during review?
Don't panic! Rejections happen often due to simple metadata adjustments or privacy policy issues. If you choose the Standard or Premium package, I will review the store's rejection feedback and guide you on exactly how to fix the issue to successfully clear the next submission.
How do we handle the new Google Play 14-day closed testing requirement?
• For new personal developer accounts, Google mandates a 14-day closed testing period with a minimum of 20 testers. If your account falls under this rule, please message me directly or select the appropriate tier so we can coordinate the testing track requirements before submission.
