Do I need to pay for Make.com or the AI separately?
Yes. My price covers building, testing, and documenting the automation. Make.com and the AI API (Claude/OpenAI) run on your own accounts — I'll help you set them up. Make's free/low tiers cover most small businesses; I'll advise on the cheapest option for your volume.
What do you need from me to start?
A description of your current process, the form fields you collect, and how you want hot vs cold leads defined (budget, intent, company size, etc.). Access to the platforms via login or API keys. If AI scoring is involved, tell me what the AI should base its decision on.
Which forms and tools can you connect?
Typeform, JotForm, Google Forms, or any form that sends a webhook. On the delivery side: Slack, email, Google Sheets, Airtable, and most CRMs with an open API. If a tool isn't natively supported, I can connect it via Make's HTTP module.
How does the AI scoring actually work?
Instead of simple keyword rules, the AI reads the full message content and scores each lead against your criteria — intent, fit, urgency. You decide the thresholds for hot vs cold. This catches high-intent leads that keyword filters miss.
What if something breaks after delivery?
If a bug comes from my original setup, I fix it free within the revision window. If a workflow breaks later because a third-party API or your account settings changed, that's a separate maintenance job — but I'll always tell you exactly what happened and when I'm not busy I'll fix it.
Can you handle more complex or multi-step automations?
