Yes. I build your vault from scratch with a folder structure, tags, templates, and plugins matched to how you work, so it’s ready to use on day one.
What do you need from me to get started?
Tell me what you’ll use Obsidian for (study, work, writing, projects) and how you take notes now. If you have existing notes or a messy vault, send them or describe them.
Do I need technical skills to use my vault?
No. I explain everything in simple steps, and a walkthrough is included in Premium or available as a Gig Extra, so you can use your vault confidently right away.
Do you install and configure plugins?
Yes. I set up popular plugins such as Dataview, Templater, Tasks, and Calendar, and configure them so they work together instead of leaving you to figure them out.
Can you move my notes from Notion, Evernote, or another app?
Yes. I can move notes from apps like Notion, Evernote, or Apple Notes. Migration is included in Premium and available as a Gig Extra for the other packages.
Can you use Zettelkasten, PARA, or another method?
Absolutely. I can build your vault around Zettelkasten, PARA, or a simple custom method, depending on how you think and what you want your notes to do.
Is my data private, and will it work on my phone?
Your vault is just files on your device. I only see the notes you choose to share, and I never need your passwords. Obsidian works on mobile too, and I can guide you on syncing.
